Most new engagements begin within one to two weeks of an approved proposal. Small design reviews and audits can often start within days. We keep a limited number of active projects so every client gets the attention of senior engineers rather than a queue of junior staff. If your timeline is urgent, tell us during the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Yes. Our studio is based in Midvale, Utah, and we serve clients across the country and abroad through virtual workshops and remote delivery. Time zone overlap matters for regular calls, and we are happy to discuss a schedule that works for both teams before you commit. Remote workshops work well for discovery, while installation work may require travel or a local partner, and we will explain the options in your proposal.
